Deuteronomy 31:6

Psalm 46:1-3

Though it’s waters roar and foam,

And the mountains quake with their surging.

David, the psalmist in this scripture wants to remind believers of God’s unquestionable strength no matter the size of the storm you face. He does this by reminding you of God’s past powerful works that reflect his ever-present power in times of trouble.

Philippians 4: 11-13

I am not saying this because I am in need, for I have learnt to be content whatever the circumstances. I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learnt the secret to being content in and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want. I can do all this through Him who gives me strength.

Psalm 29:11

The Lord gives strength to His people; the Lord blesses His people with peace.
