While this verse signifies the finality of death and the inability to escape it, it also encourages believers to accept its universality as a stage of life. This way, you can learn to embrace it and look on towards the promise of eternal life with positivity.
Romans 8: 38-39
For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Apostle Paul in this verse reassures believers of God’s love despite the sting of death. It reinforces and emphasizes God’s promise to you that He’ll never leave you nor forsake you.

Romans 6:23
For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

This verse reflects God’s great plans for all believers even in death. The saints mentioned in this scripture refer to Christians of faith. God is concerned with the death of every believer. And, he accepts it as a pure sacrifice unto Him because they are precious and of great value to Him.
Death Isn’t the End
Death stings. But as a Christian, you can find comfort in the sacred scriptures. That, in the end, Jesus Christ conquered death. And, that this universal experience is a promise of a new life that adds no sorrow. God has granted us victory over death through eternal life.
